Added /setfly command (Allows to set another players flying speed)

Fixed spammy messages in /holyshit

Boosted /explode radius to 8 (instead of 5)

Changed the /ram message to be a little more understandable.

Made /light a lot more friendly and faster responding

Defaulted /broadcast to red text if no colors were entered

Added the ability to make animals sit on you (Right click with diamond axe + have CommandBin.misc.ride permission)
