Hello, would it be possible to add a varible to remove a item and then run a command on them :D

I don't quite understand what you mean, can you give an example?

So i would setup a sign, and when you hit the sign it will remove 1 diamond and then preform a command(s)

Ah okay - like a money sign, but with items.

That's possible, but it'll probably be a little bit dangerous for your users. I'll still look into the possibility though.
