    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Followed tutorial

    1. @vip
    2. ~10
    3. /get bacon
    4. -
    5. !
    6. /get coal
    7. -

    changed / commands to \ messages

    players with permission see

    get bacon
    get coal

    players without see

    get coal
    ------

    As far as I can tell from the tutorial, players should either only see get bacon, or get coal, but never both.
