    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Making the CommandSign
    2. Restarting the server
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    The sign works, and then after I restart the server it doesn't

    What version of the product are you using?
    1.9.1.1

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    no
