What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. /cmds 1 /#say <near> clicked this sign
2. click the command sign

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

expected : [Server] <nearest player> clicked this sign
instead:     [Server] <the person who joined last> clicked this sign

No matter where im standing, it always prints the name of the player that connected last.
Variable <name> works fine btw.

What version of the product are you using?

1.9.0.1 and 1.8.7  both same behaviour

Tekkit 3.1.2 (1.2.5)
vault 1.2.16
