    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. a player is in combat tag
    2. kick him
    3. no stuff dropped

    Can you fix it please :/

    What version of Bukkit are you using? : 1.7.10

    Or add an option to instakill on kick

    Set DropTagOnKick to false to cause players to get combatlogged when they are kicked.
