Fixed Armor duplication bug. I'm sorry to everyone for releasing an unfinished version.

New player storage system, no player files in the combat tag folder! I would suggest keeping your files. They store if the player has died. However, as the people log in, their files will be deleted in the Combat Tag folder.

New feature in this version: blockTeleport (Self descriptive, when active, blocks teleport from plugins when player is tagged) There is one thing that you should be aware of when using this feature: if you are attempting to teleport a player to you and they are tagged, the teleport will fail.

THIS IS UNTESTED FOR 1.2.5-R4.0!
