Changelog

Fixed having "player" as NPC name not working correctly.
Added sendMessageWhenTagged to the config. Self explanatory. Default is false. (Sends a message to both players saying they are tagged for combat)
Added blockEditWhileTagged to the config. Self explanatory. Default is true. (Can place or break blocks while tagged)
