    I'm create the arena and I set least 11 plain floor blocks, 2 color mats, and 3 sign blocks. I write ready and plugin say: It could also be that you picked the corners wrong. when you are sure everything is set up right just stand below the lower corner again write  and type "ready". But I'm look yours video...
