Bukkit

• blocks cannot be placed or destroyed while ingame anymore
• adds two arena modifiers: max players and difficulty.
• adds two new commands:
  • /cm setmaxplayers [name] [count]
  • /cm setdifficulty [name] [difficulty]
• players now get teleported out, if they join after they left ingame
• code cleanup, removes unused code
