Added import command (and config value)! If you want to import the groups (and colors from your perms plugin if applicable) into ColoredGroups and you have Vault, then use /cg import (or set import to true in config and restart) to have them auto imported!
Improved config update method, now successfully adds missing config values.
Changed backups to not use date as it's an eyesore, it just uses a random number to distinguish now.
New command: /cg import - Requires 'coloredgroups.import'
Just a side note, the permissions for coloredgroups are easy, 'coloredgroups.<command>'
