Problem with ColoredTags #48

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. First put the plugin on the plugins folder
    2. Start Server
    3. I change admin to OWNER <- this one is a group name.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    This is my problem. When I enter my server I see the table tags and see everything well. after a few seconds this changes to the previous or normal. I use PermissionsEx. Please help I saw this plugin seems to be good and I have an answer to my problem.

    Colored Tags v2.1.1 for CB 1.7.9-R0.2 Sep 09, 2014

    No. Only is a imperfection
