Added suffixes! You can now use the placeholder <name> that will be replaced by the name of the player. If not set, the string will be used only as prefix. (example: 'coloredtags.admin:[Super] <name> [Admin]'
Added option to refresh all the players every minute (in config.yml: refresh-every-minute: true)
Bug fix: if a player doesn't have any ColoredTags' permission, he isn't remove from the team with his previous color.
