What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
- Group based configuration where each player can create x amount of portals regardless of portal color.
- Fee per creation to prevent less important portals from being created. Fees such as currency or x amount of  items such as redstones.
- Fee per use to match server difficulty. Fees such as currency or x amount of  items such as redstones.
- Priority/restricted channel(s) for server use.
- Message and color configuration to match server formats.

Please provide any additional information below.
I would really like to use this plugin but it would be easily abused and misused on my server. I am worried about players creating portals all over the place leaving little incentive for some to explore out of their comfort zones. Ideally I was hoping players would use the portals to connect their homes and mining sites and would like to avoid random or less important ones by adding some limitations.
