Hex codes not working #363

    Hi,

    I'm attempting to use Hex codes in the configuration but it's not working. My examples below on what I've tried. Please could you explain why this doesn't work?

    Server Version: Paper 1.18.2
    Plugin Version: 3.2.2

    '#16BB8A>>> &aRemoved +RemoveAmount Dropped Items #16BB8A<<<'

    '&#16BB8A>>> &aRemoved +RemoveAmount Dropped Items &#16BB8A<<<'
