    So i found a bug with minecarts and boats once in a while they despawn when clear lag clears other time thay stay looked around for a fix. Im on the latest version of the plugin i have minecarts and boats set to now despawn dont know if people are in them but id highly recommend to fix this bug as i have seen others with this problem
