Unicode Characters #325

    So in the config I have the message like so:

    &f[&4!&f] &4&lClear Lag &7» &fRemoved &4+RemoveAmount &fEntities!

    However, It outputs the » as a � . Is there a way I can get unicode charaters to work in chat for this plugin as other plugins provide Unicode support
