Mob Spawners #182

    So I have enabled the mobspawner limit but none of the spawners on the server are spawning mobs. Which part of the config is affecting this? Currently I have EntityAISPawnListener, MobLimitListener, TntReduceListener, ChunkEntityLimiterListener and MobBreedListener active. I have tried to disable them and modifying them but none of it fixes the problem. 

    Also, the spawn rate of Ghasts in the nether is very high. There is a limit on amount of mobs but how can I fix this?

    It says "application/octet-stream is not a supported file type." when i try to upload the config.yml

    After some testing, I found out that spawners are spawning again when I disable the "MobLimitListener"
