V 1.8.3 Fixes the bug reported by SlyCooperMan, where upon loading the plugin if there is no config file, it throws an exception. Thank you for the report.

  • there is an intermitent bug with the /clear except [item1] [item2]... where it doesn't skip some of the items
  • the clearing of all players at once from the console doesn't work
