I created this plugin because I have been looking for a fully customizable ClearChat Plugin, and none have came. The /help description is: 'ClearChat With A Simple Command!' If you have a better description idea, please leave below. I will edit it if I like it. :)!

To fix the /cc twice thing you need to make return false to return true.
