    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Set "IncludeOres" in the world section of the config.yml to false
    2. Create a new world

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Ores shouldn't appear, but they do.

    What version of the product are you using?
    Latest release (v1.10).
