What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a corrupted chunk
2. Fix it with /chunkfixer
3. Unload the chunk (reload the server, or fly off way into the distance and come back)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The chunk gets fixed, but when the chunk is reloaded it is still completely glitched out.

What version of the product are you using?
ChunkFixer v1.1

Do you have an error log of what happened?
[Server] INFO TheOtakuJames regenerated chunk at: 27, -11!
*teleport away, come back*
[Server] ERROR Chunk file at 27,-11 is in the wrong location; relocating. (Expected 27, -11, got 26, -17)

Please provide any additional information below.
This is not just happening for the one chunk - every chunk that breaks has the same problem. My players are very, very unhappy as some of these are taking their builds, or right next to builds.
