Change sign to Sold Out when shop is empty #583

    Add a config option to change the text of a sign to say "Sold Out" when the shop is empty.  This would help the shopkeeper keep track of what was in the chest.  Players as well would know where a shopkeepers usual chestshop is for a specific item once it's restocked.  It would also prevent players from taking the signs that get placed inside the chest if you have the remove sign option.

    Imo. this should be an additional mode to "leave sign as is" and "remove sign and put it into chest". Gonna think a bit about it.
