My players find it annoying to have to buy/sell items one by one, especially when they are selling stacks and stacks of dirt. I would use the amount option on the sign, but what if people only want to sell a little. This is why I suggest a /shop amount command. This would work by hacing the person type /shop amount [amount], then the next sign they click on that amount will either be bought or sold.
