How about a Town VAT?
So that the Town gets a amount of every transaction with shops inside the city.
The amount could be defined by the mayor or by the config (similar to the server tax).

I can't do that at the moment.

This would be super nice. Too bad, that you can't do it right now. :-(

how about an option for town chests, giving/taking all the money made to towns and only mayor/assistants can look in the chest? maybe a config to enable a set an amount that is considered out of money so towns don't become bankrupt from the shop

ChestShop.name.town-nameOfTown

permission. They will be able to create shops for towns and look into the chests.
