What other plugins are you running?

What is happening?

When I am Op, i can use the Admin Shops perfectly fine. When other players join who do not have OP, they cannot use the shops and get an error saying "you do not have permission to do this" 

What did you expect to happen?

I want the players to be able to use the shops 

Please provide any additional info below

If you use a different permissions plugin then you have to make sure that it is either respecting the default permissions of ChestShop or grant the permissions to them manually. Also I suggest to test the latest dev build of ChestShop as it might fix some issues that you might encounter.
