What is happening?
When someone is purchasing an item he is getting the messages: You bought item x / "Your Nam" bought items from you
The same player is getting both messages and the seller is getting none.
What did you expect to happen?
When purchasing an item on the sign shop, the buyer should get a message aswell as the seller.

You are using an outdated version, please update to the latest version/development build to see if that fixes it as this sounds really similar to an already resolved issue.
We updated the Plugin to the latest version, now there are no messages at all. Trying to use /cstoggle didn't have an effect on it.
Please provide the log when using the new version too. Also you might need to downgrade to some version directly released when your server version was the most recent if the latest 1.8 builds don't work on 1.7.10 anymore.
