player not found #1263

    I have created an Admin shop[ successfully but when I try buy or sell from it, I get the response "[SHOP] player not found.

    I am running;

    craftbukkit version git-spigot-2cf50f0-8166d17 (MC 1.12.2)

    Chestshop version 3.9.2

    Economy plugin is Vault.

    I have a few other plugins; essentialsx (all of them), lockette, multiverse, 

    Any thoughts on why it may not be working. Also nothing happens in the console when the error pops up.
