No errors were thrown so all it has is the server's clearlag runs and a few other mic unrelated things

What is happening?

 Shops aren't being created, upon placing signs on chests, even with access to all perms and the input of proper ChestShop syntax. There is nothing in particular we do to cause this, except what we have done on any other server to create a shop, so I can't say how one would reproduce it other than being on our server. As a side note I also noticed that the "/iteminfo" command  only sends the help page for the command itself instead of info on what you are holding.

What did you expect to happen?

 What was expected was the normal desired effect of a shop being created which, to our confusion and dismay, was not what ended up happening

There is no additional info I can think to provide at this time

Please provide your permission and sign setup that you are using. Also it might be another plugin that interferes with sign creation, you might need to test that by removing others one by one.

Btw. there isn't really a need for ClearLag if you already run Spigot...

my permission is * which gives perms for everything and the sign setup is that of the tutorial: line 1 blank or username/admin shop name, line 2 amount of item being sold, line 3 B # : # S, line 4 item id. i will see if any of the other plugins mess with signs

I have the same problem.

@craftyjai: Please provide the same info as asked here before. Because you have most likely setup something wrong as shops definitely work when I test it.
