What is happening?

I do want to note. I have no idea how to recreate this error. I just know it happens, So I couldn't tell you how to recreate it. All I know is today it showed up 6 times in latest log. and over time has triggered randomly. I tried to recreate it as the name of the error talks about BlockPistonRetracrEvent so I tried multiple things to the shop signs and attached blocks with pistons and sticky pistons but couldn't recreate the error. No idea whats triggering it off hand.

EDIT: nvm i see a way later build number im going to try. its from your files area give it a try and if the error comes up be sure to let you know :)

No response for over a month. Assume it's not an issue in the latest versions.
