What is happening?

 I'm trying to set it so players can only use chestshops in the areas I want ie. my /warp blackmarket. The issue is that even when I set the config correctly (example will be below), players can still use chestshops wherever they want, even after I also do /rg flag {name} allow-shop deny they can still place it in the region, and before you ask yes the priorities are set correctly. The only problem I can think of is that the ChestShop and WorldGuard plugins are not in version parallel, as Chestshop = 3.8.12 and WorldGuard = 6.1. I've tried downloading developer builds but they just break my AdminShop signs everytime and players are not able to buy or sell anything to my adminshops, forcing me to revert back to the 3.8.12 version. So I'd really like to know why this issue is occuring, I'd hope you can tell me a solution.

What did you expect to happen?

 Yeah, pretty much I just expected when I denied the flag using "/rg flag {name} allow-shop deny" it would prevent players from using the chest shop but it clearly did not work. On the config it says that chestshop can be enabled using /rg flag {name} chestshop allow that is not a flag anymore for worldguard, maybe that's a conflict of interest, but I'm really not sure. Once again I think it's an issue with the differences of versions between worldguard and chestshops, please let me know if so and what version I'd need to upgrade to and how to fix the AdminShops when they break from the upgrade ;/.

Nothing much, I really enjoy this plugin, just one little issue probably easily fixed, I'm just blanked out and clueless as to how to fix it at this point :/.

Are you sure that you don't have the admin permission? (ChestShop.admin) That bypasses that flag. I tested it (on 1.12 and with WorldGuard 6.2.2 b1708) and it works correctly with the allow-shop flag. (I'll fix that in the config comment soon)
