getting this error on every start up, something about Xerial SQLite driver?

Xerial error is fine, I had to take out the error message override due to the Glowstone compatibility.
The problem seems to be with your users.db file - somehow, it became corrupted. If you know SQLite, please try to open users.db file and delete the duplicate column lastSeenName, otherwise probably the only solution is to delete the file (users.db), however users with changed nicknames will not be able to access their old shops and the new shops will be unusable until their owner comes back online at least once.
@Acrobot: Go
I have deleted the Users.db file and the error continues. Could it be the items.db file as that's been around for 3 years?
@FuRiouSOne: Go Not really - the error is related directly to the users.db file, although deleting it (MAKING SURE THAT YOU HAVE A BACKUP OF IT) might provide a bit of insight into the problem.
Running on Spigot 1.8.3 and Chestshop 3.8.12, I too seem to be getting a similar error: http://pastebin.com/9vzxRktf
I tried to delete the users.db and it still gives same errors ONLY ON BOOT/RELOAD of the server? Also I tried to read the link on how to fix but it is very inconclusive and useless! Perhaps if you can make a step by step guide that is easy to read and understand with all the information we need that would help? Thanks.
so we don't have to worry about this issue?
i got the error when i hadnt even been on my server yet
The driver error is not an issue, it's just a warning.
Please reopen a new ticket for the other error regarding the corrupt users.db if that still happens with the latest development builds.
Re-opened to remind myself to make the error message nicer in the future if possible.
