ChestRegen v2.5.1 seem to have issues in the lastest Spigot "v1.8" (20141001a.bps)
The Chestpacks and "/ar regen" doens't seem to work.

How to reproduce:
1) Put down chest
2) /cr perplayerchest 3000
3) /cr chestpack <pack>
4) Right-click chest and get chat message: "You have successfully redeemend the items in this chest"
6) Receive nothing, though!
7) Right-click chest again and get chat message: "Please wait 2999 minute(s) before you open this chest"

Then I try use "/cr regen" and "/cr regenall", but that doesn't regen the chest - i still have to wait x minutes.
Restarting the server gives an SQL connection error.
