Generate items without having issues with lag!
Description:
ChestGenerator allows server owners to make their server less laggy when playing.
ChestGenerator will spawn any time of item into a chest with an amount and a tick cooldown.
( 20 ticks = 1 second )
Commands
- /generator - ChestGenerator's default command.
- Aliases: "gen,cg,chestgen"
- Sub-commands:
- /generator get <item_type> <cooldownInTicks> <amount> - Get a chest that spawns item_type every cooldownInTicks with an amount.
- /generator clear - Clears all generators in the database. (Chests won't be destroyed in world )
- /generator wrench !player_name! - Gives you or a player a wrench, depends on the 2nd argument.
- /generator get <item_type> <cooldownInTicks> <amount> <player> - Give player a chest that spawns item_type every cooldownInTicks with an amount.
Permissions
- chestgenerator.cmd.clear.use - Permission for command /generator clear.
- chestgenerator.cmd.wrench.use - Permission for getting a wrench.
- chestgenerator.cmd.wrench.use.others - Permission for giving others a wrench.
- chestgenerator.cmd.get.use - Permission for getting a ChestGenerator.
- chestgenerator.cmd.* - Permission for all commands.
- chestgenerator.others.break.bypass - Permission to bypass the breaking other's ItemGenerators rule.

Posted Apr 27, 2019I found a problem. As soon as you place the chest it generates the item, even if the delay is an hour.
The problem is that a player can just break the gen and placing it back and cheat resources. You should make it that spawns the item not immediately when placed, but after the chosen delay.

Posted May 31, 2018Hello there,
I am making a survival server with /generator command blocked. I make the command run by console with the command /generator get iron_ingot 100 1 <player> . Everything goes well but my players recieved the item called "<player>'s IRON_INGOT Generator" that generates nothing. Is there a way to fix this? I want to make my players able to get a working generator.

Posted Jun 14, 2017There is a bug cause i want the generator to be called "Iron Generator" but when i do it wont generate iron anymore. Also can there be a feature where u can enable or disable the wrench

Posted Mar 5, 2017Hey, is it possible to add a permission for GETTING, but not MAKING, a chest. I would like the players on my server to get a chest a different way, enforcing balance loss, and other things, instead of cheating their way into getting free diamonds. Thanks, Ian.

Posted Jan 25, 2017Amazing plugin, Honestly since Day one the developer has helped me with any issue i've had and literally updated the plugin within 12 hours of encountering an issue.
Would recommend this plugin to anyone who needs an item generator for servers, Personally i use this for my Skyblock server for donators to allow them to get Iron, Gold and Diamond Generators on their island as a function.
Amazing.
