• It has not been already reported (look here to see all the open bug reports)
• You included:
  • the version of the plugin ("latest" is not valid answer!)
  • the server software you are using (Craftbukkit, Spigot, Cauldron, ...)
  • the version of the server software you are using and possibly the build number
