Items Only Working In Specific Worlds

I want to be able to use items to open menus only in specific worlds.

My suggestion would be to simply add another colon and comma-separated worlds after the open-with-item tag.

For example, if you wanted the compass to be used only in the Overworld and the Nether, the tag would look like this:

This is because I am having problems with items being used to open menus in my Factions world when I don't want that.

    For example:

Wool is my menu item. I can right-click it to open the menu. Somebody in my Factions world gets a block of wool and accidentally right-clicks it before using it to make a bed. The menu appears. That person complains to me.

If this enhancement is implemented, I could simply not add my factions world to the list and the item would no longer work and cause this issue.

This is much easier than trying to use BungeeCord.

I know.  I'm trying to add a new feature that allows you to customize what worlds the item can be used in, not disable the Open with Item feature altogether.
