- config actually does something now

- set BuddiesEnabled for buddy functionality

- can still use /w and /r without buddies

- debug mode now lets you add yourself, mostly for myself for testing

- you can mute yourself (all muting is effectively "client-side" (server-side but acts like client-side))

- fixed typo in /bc help

- add join messages?
