All ranks are this:

then here you can write down the problem any way you want :)
you can even post a video of the error if you wish to :P

The problem is everything works fine but mem and default ranks are WHITE even though the prefix says they should be yellow/gold respectively

I've tried load of setup with message/name format but can't get it to work. Admin/mod/op ranks work but default/mem are the wrong colour.

I mean mem should be gold and default rank white

everything else on that rank works? like the perms etc? and do you have other plugins installed?

i got the same problem .....

expect that mine prefix's / suffix'es is not shown at all :/

(i added a "test" just to check if that could do it .... it didnt help :c)

(im not an expert but i think your reading the $parameters wrong)

Sorry guys I found the issue a while ago and then my computer crashed...

You can get a temporary fix by adding an option node named prefix and/or suffix for what you want

will be rolling out a fix here soon.

Can confim chatter fails to pickup pex prefixes and suffixes as well, awaiting next release!

After the newest update ... this still dont work :/

how about using vault ?!
then you only need to care about one pulgin ... instead of many :P

Actually we are using vault its just the way chatter stores its prefixes that have messed it up a bit
