What this does is add different kinds of chatting groups. For example, if you do /ModChat <Message> It will send a message to the Moderator talk group.
Staff chat groups
/TrialModChat | Sends a message to the Trial Mod group!
/ModChat | Sends a message to the Mod group!
/HeadModChat | Sends a message to the HeadMod group!
/AdminChat | Sends a message to the Admin group!
/HeadAdminChat | Sends a message to the Head Admin group!
/CoOwnerChat | Sends a message to the Co Owner group!
/OwnerChat | Sends a message to the Owner group!
Donator Chat Groups
/DonatorChat | Sends a message to the Donator group!
TeamSpeak Chat
If you're in teamspeak and you want to talk ingame with the teamspeak people, or if they just turned of their microphone and the hearing on teamspeak, and they're playing minecraft and if they are in teamspeak chat, this is the way to communicate!
/TeamSpeakChat | Sends a message to the TeamSpeak group!
IRC Chat
Want to talk to the players on IRC that are also in minecraft, this is the way!
/IrcChat | Sends a message to the IRC group!
Mumble
Want to talk to the players on Mumble that are also in minecraft, this is the way!
/MumbleChat | Sends a message to the MumbleChat group!
Other commands
/CGDisable | Disables the plugin.
/CGEnable | Enables the plugin.

Good! I would ask if you could just make a additional plugin likly the same but then only for admins. (No prefixes for groups etc) Then you could simply do: /chat admin and you will be set in the admin chat group... Then you are only abled to see messages of the admin group and not the default one.
