What is the issue?

I could not find any detailed instructions.
so far i have the basics down i think
but players cannot join, they get permission issues.
only if i OP them which i dont want to do.

I have tried the livechat.channel.join: player which executes successuflly but does not work player still gets permission denied,
restarted server same effect. how can i fix this.

and where is the documentation and lists of examples on how to use the commands?
