• Updated to 1.7.9 but works on previous versions.
  
• Added config option to disable global message on player/mob kill.
  
• Added config option to disable money gain by killing mobs that spawn from a spawner or from a spawner egg.
  
• Added the command /cashcontrol reload for quick reloading.
  
• Added option of giving money based on a players money percentage. If you set it to 50% in the config and the player has 100, then the killer will get 50.
