Other Information
Auto-updater
This plugin has a built-in auto-updater, which connects to BukkitDev to check for updates. If you wish to disable this process, you can do so by setting 'Other.UpdateCheck' to false in the config.yml file.
NoCheatPlus
Cars will act strange with an anti-cheat when it comes to using rails and climb blocks. To fix this, edit your config:

I'm trying to create better documented pages for the plugin, but dev.bukkit is shit and won't let me create my own pages (or change the logo of the project).

Posted Mar 1, 2013Is it possible to in the config make it so you can only let it work for boat also, Or could you implement this, it is forcing my other plugin with minecarts not to work, Maybe put in the config a permission line where you need to do /carz spawn to spawn in a minecart insead of instantly riding in any car ur in.

I will try it like that. The way I would normally drive (steer with mouse, W for gas) found me bouncing from side to side on the road. I could never get it to move straight.

What I did, instead of using wasd AND the mouse, I centered forward with the mouse, then used wasd to move the car. This makes it very easy and realistic to drive

Hmm. While I definitely appreciate the efforts of A5H73Y, it's just not practical to have your car handling like an oil tanker. I'm starting to suspect that the Bukkit gang have effectively killed minecar driving.

Posted Feb 27, 2013Just tried it. The car moves, which is definitely an improvement. Unfortunately, the nose of the car sways all over the place when moving. With super-loose handling, it feels more like piloting a boat that driving a car.
