Add year option for create commands for available kits
For example: I have the kits "tank" and "fighting"
If I accept that the plugin create commands per kit
Then two new commands are available
"/ ctp kit fighting tank"
and
"/ ctp _kit kit fighting"

I want this command will give a kit to a player. This will permit with commands block or otherwise, to give kits. And the players can take a kit with a command.
