Needs worldedit

• custom cannon designs
• custom projectile design
• custom permissions for projectiles and cannons
• config clean up

Following things are untested:

• aiming with an item (not clicking the barrel)
• remove loaded items for redstone and player

Many things are not implemented at the moment:

• recoil, turning
• frontloader
