• Block protection reprogrammed to TNT handling - works now with factions
• switch to the old system with 'force tnt handling: false'
• new projectile permission player.projectile.stone: true
• cannons cool down probably - no missing cannons
• small bugfixes

*Player damage is not canceled if the explosion is canceled
