Fixes the game not being playable past round 10! Fixes spigot 1.8.3 server support

Not a lot of "Known" caveats, but you will probably have lots!

  • Auto Start timer might not work, just reload
  • Barrier signs are a bit buggy.
  • Game may break when first started, IE. guns don't work and zombies don't spawn, just reload.
