disable runners, too fast, to be re-added in a later release
re-add grenades
make armor and knife never break

Known unfixed issues:
- no dogs < to be added by 1.3
- doors break the game < to be fixed by 1.2.9
- teleporters bug out the game (packet handling issues/NPE) < in progress for an upcoming update
- barriers are not great < after doors are fixed I'll show some TLC to barriers

important notice:
the reward when game ends is vault integration, install vault and a vault compatible economy plugin for that reward to work
