Added recipe to smelt fissile material from blocks of fallout (snow blocks, which are made by crafting together 4 snowballs), and augment a tnt explosion with a nearby chest of the resultant material. Since fissile material is so hard to get out of fallout, smelting snow blocks will succeed only 1 time out of 10,000. The results can be put in a chest close enough to a tnt detonation to be destroyed, augmenting the explosive power and creating radiation depending on how much concentrated fissile material you included.
You take radiation damage at an equivalent rate to being out in the rain or swimming in water for each concentrated block of fissile material you have in your inventory.
