  • Added - Disease effects in GM2 adventure mode as well as GM0 Survival
  • Added - Recipe permissions for splints, pneumonia cures and bandages
  • Added - Recipe permissions for Syringes, to limit to doctor roles if needed
  • Added - Recipe permissions for Warfare disease vials, to limit warfare if needed

Note please add permissions for existing servers to retain crafting abilities for players

**On start if you have replaced the language file you may get initial failure to create plugin language file null errror, just restart server  - a second server restart will work fine**
