Function-Wishlist

1) 1. first click on sign = show price (for rent/buy) 2. second click buys/rents

2) 1. Rollback only after the zone is rented again to another player. After expiration of the time of the tenant. Or Sold. As long as the LWC secured and will not roll backed.

3) Can refresh time on the sign. Or right-click the time display for tenants (and not immediately renew rent).

4) Possibility to attach an info sign with: <This line will show the region name> <This line will show the CURRENT Owner> <Will show the LAST LOGIN of the Owner/>

for Rent and Sell region. (reloads all 1min oder 24hour...)

5) Possibility to attach an unrent sign.

6) Time until another player can rent the region.

7) Possibility to change the tag [BuyLand]

for what i need it?

-> Shopregion

    UserA rents the ShopRegion for 7 days and after that he could extend the rent-time for the next 7 days or takes all his items out of the chests.

    After the first 7 days the UserA has e.g 2 Days to remove all his items out of the chests.

    Until this 2 Days no other player can rent this ShopRegion.

    After this 2 days other players can rent it and it rollbacks for the new player the ShopRegion - and removes the leftover LWC and the Items of UserA.

And would great if:

1. Define Zone-Limit-Groups e.g.

PlayerA buys a region with a Zone-Limit-Group of 1:2:0 (Only 2 of this kind rent or buyable without a extandable limit or rent or buy limit)

PlayerA rents a region with a Zone-Limit-Group of 2:1:1 (Only one of this kind rent or buyable only once - renttime is not extendable and after the time he can't rent a other building with the same zone-limit-group.)

And PlayerA can rent/buy a region with a Zone-Limit-Group of 3:1:0 (only one region of his kind rent or buyable, extenable time or after renttime, possible to rent the same or other shop with the same zon-limit-group)

For what that?

1. Player can buy/rent e.g. 2 Regions who he can build a house. ...

Player can rent for a special time a house but cant extend the time or rent a other house of the same group after the time.

and only one region rent/buy in a shoppingmall for sale items (shop) without time extend limit or he can change the shop with a other shop..

--- and the 4) Possibility to attach an info sign with: <This line will show the region name> <This line will show the CURRENT Owner> <Will show the LAST LOGIN of the Owner/>

would be really helpfull to see, if a region is already sold/rented or free.

And if rented, how many time is left. ---- also Signs for rent and sale and info all createable on one region.

If region bought (with the buysign) the buysign shows ("resale", regionname, price, regionsize (x,y,z)) -> can define by new owner

the rentsign shows "sold, owner(1...10)/Member(1...20), regionname,zonelimitgroup (1:1:0)

and the infosign "Sold, regionname, owner(1..20)/member(1..20), originalprice"

If region rented (with rentsign) the rentsign shows "Rented, regioname, owner, time left"

the buysign shows (for sale) (forsale, region, price, regionsize)

and the info shows "rented, owner(1...20)/member(1..20),regionname,zonelimitgroup(1:1:1)"

for me this would be realy great if this would be in the next version :)

Items added to version 0.8.8.
item 1) show price with one click, buy with another. Detailed Sign Information

• For "For Sale" signs, the price is now displayed on the 4th line.
• For "For Rent" signs, the price is now displayed:
  • If the "[BuyLand]" header is not displayed, then displayed on the 4th line. (set in config.yml)
  • If the header is displayed, then it is messaged to the player with each change of the timeframe.

• Rented regions can now have the remaining time displayed to the player with a left-click on the "Extend Rent" signs.

• An option to hide the [BuyLand] from the sign is in the config.yml file as of 0.8.8

• Looking into this, not implemented or planned yet.
• This is very similar to ticket #73

item 5) Possibility to attach an unrent sign.

Unnumbered) Allow for a 2 day "Expiration" period between rents for the owner to clear out.
